AMCON Team Viewer Remote Assistance Software

Team Viewer allows you to request assistance from AMCON Technical Support when you need it! You are in control.

AMCON Technical Support cannot connect to your computer without you first initiating the request.

Lets make this as simple as possible...Follow the step by step instructions below to download and install the remote assistance software.

Step 1: Click on this link to download the TeamViewer software.

Step 2: Tell the download where to save the file by selecting the Desktop in the next dialog, as shown in the picture below:

Step 3: Tell the download where to save the file by selecting the Desktop in the next dialog, as shown in the picture below:

Step 4: Minimize the browser (or close it) to view the Desktop on the local computer. Find the new icon for the TeamViewerQS.exe software, similar to the picture below:

Step 5: Double Click on the icon with the left mouse button to RUN the TeamViewerQS application. It will resolve the IP address of the store computer, and show two numbers in the main display, similar to the picture below:

These numbers will be required by the AMCON IT technician in order to remotely connect to and help you trouble shoot the problem.
